Local offer for Children with SEN and disabilities
The Cheshire East Local Offer includes information about the support and provision that families can expect from a wide range of agencies for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND) from birth to 25 years old.

Contact
Contact are a charity for families with disabled children. They support families with guidance and information and bring families together to support each other. They have online advice and run a free helpline for parents and carers who want to talk through their issues with one of their expert advisers. Free helpline: 0808 808 3555.

Cheshire East Parent Carer Forum
Cheshire East Parent Carer Forum is led by parents for parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional support needs and disabilities in Cheshire East. They work in partnership with commissioners and service providers across health, social services and education. Many of their members also say the benefit of the Forum is to have easy access to friendly, local people who understand what it’s like to have a child with additional needs and are willing to help.

IPSEA
Independent Provider of Special Education Advice (IPSEA) is a registered charity which offers free and independent legally based information, advice and support to help get the right education for children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
